Substitute vegetables for half the chicken. Do not marinate the vegetables, just brush them with the marinade as they’re grilling. Good vegetable choices could be eggplant, zucchini or mushrooms, but any vegetable that your family likes works as long as it’s not a starchy vegetable such as potatoes, corn or carrots.

Hopefully these recipes will soon become some of your favorite barbecue recipes and your family will never know that they’re really low carb chicken recipes.
