Every person who wants to shape up and tone down has some excuses that are hindering their progress and even stopping them from having the body of their dreams. And these excuses are very hard to overcome and also difficult to concur. That’s why it is so important to find ways to do so effectively and constructively. I will share with you 5 excuses that are stopping you from having the body of your dreams and 5 ways to overcome them.
1. Vegetables are tasteless when I make them myself at home
Bulking up your meals with vegetables is a great way to ensure that you shape up and you will save on calories and fat. If you fin that your at home veggies are tasteless, you are probable under seasoning and overcooking your veg. Cook them until they are still a bit crispy and season them with salt and pepper, olive oil and fresh herbs.
2. I can’t survive without something sweet every day
If you have a sweet tooth, there are lots of healthy snacks you can enjoy while still watching your figure. Try snacking on a few blocks of dark chocolate, sweet fruit like watermelon, peaches and apples or a handful of raisins.
3. I hate cardio
Cardio is important for burning of excess calories. Try listening to funky music or watching your favorite TV show, this are sure to make it more fun.
4. I don’t have time to pack my own healthy lunch
Stock up on lots of healthy ingredients and store it in the office fridge. Making your own lunch at work can save you a lot of calories and fat.
5. I will start with my healthy eating plan tomorrow
Don’t delay, start your healthy eating plan today. That way you are sure of sticking to it and not putting it off indefinitely.
Now that the excuses are solved, you hopefully have enough ways to help you with your own excuses. Just remember that you can get the body of your dreams, if you put in the effort. Following a low calorie healthy eating plan will help as will regular exercise. Just keep motivated and never give up.
