You might have a beautiful and fair face, but nothing can ruin your appearance more than puffy eyes and under eye circles. Your eyes are the focal point of your entire face and they need all the help they can get, so they can continue to radiate and exude your inner beauty. With this said, you need to keep the puffiness and dark circles at bay. So, how do you do such thing? By far, the best solution to this problem is by following simple, yet effective face firming exercises. Here are a couple of exercises for bags under eye.
1.) Relax while you close your eyes. Lift your eyebrows in an upward motion, all the while keeping your eyes wide shut. Hold that position for about two to three seconds and feel the muscles around your eyes stretch. Relax then open your eyes widely and keep that position for another two to three seconds. Repeat this exercise for about ten times per day.
2.) With your eyes wide open look up, down, right and left. Hold the pupil of your eyes for one second in each position. Again, perform this exercise for about ten times per day.
Massage the area around your eyes with an aqueous cream. Remember to apply gentle pressure as you massage your face, so you do not over stretch your facial skin. Put each of your ring finger into the inside corners of each of your eye. Gently press down for about three seconds, relax then gently move your fingers beneath your eyes towards your temple and massage your temple in a circular motion. After that, move your fingers back to where you started and repeat the entire process. Do this for ten times or more everyday.
There are many other facial exercises that you can do to improve other parts of your face. There are chin exercises that will help you eliminate that double chin. You can also follow cheek routines which will help get rid of those chubby cheeks and so on.
