Drinking juice is easier than eating more fruits and vegetables, and can be the only way for some people to get their quota of fiber and nutrients. Maybe it is because we are in competition with ourselves or others, or maybe we just want to look good for the beach in a few days.  Whatever the reason we need to be careful to avoid <strong>burn out</strong>.</p>
<p>People often hear burn out referred to but do not realize that it is actually characterized by medical symptoms, some of which can be sever.  This is a real condition and it can be catastrophic to fitness, your mental health, and many other areas of your life.</p>
<p><strong>How Burn Out Happens</strong></p>
<p>What happens is that you simply overdo it.  You go to long, you overextend when your body is already in a state of severe stress.  This can be because of excessive dieting or over strenuous exercise the out come is the same.  Your body basically reaches a point where it says, NO MORE, and it shuts down.  It enters a mode in which it is trying to protect itself and compensate for the things that you are trying to do.</p>

<p><strong>Burn out</strong> is characterized by low energy to non-existent energy levels, depression, increased appetite, including cravings for starchy food, and an overall apathetic state.  If you find yourself in a state of burn out it is best to let the body take you through the compensation mechanisms but realize what is happening and be aware that you are in a weakened state.  Get plenty of rest and focus on proper nutrition.  Do not attempt to exercise during this time period, it will do more harm than good and prolong your recovery.  Your body has also moved away from building itself and is in a state of retention, which can lead to weight gain.</p>
<p><strong>Avoiding Burn Out</strong></p>
<p>Realize that this is a real condition and that if you are exercising excessively or dieting drastically you are susceptible.  It is imperative that you work breaks and re-feeds into any fitness program and listen to what your body is telling you.  If you are tired because it is that time of the day, get over it.  If you can feel it in your joints and muscles and your body just feels drained and apathetic get an extra hour of sleep.  Getting into tip top shape or achieving <strong><a href="http://fastweightloss4life.com/running-on-empty">fast weight loss</a></strong> can very well involve walking the edge of burn out but recognizing when you need a break.</p>

However, you do not need to wait until New Year to make changes, you can set a date any time of the year to make a fresh start.</p>
<p>This year, my main focus was to increase my kids&#8217; consumption of fruit and vegetables. No easy task, but an important one, especially over winter. There are a lot of disadvantages to being fat or having a heavy weight. To most people, being fat is ugly. In the workplace, being fat will lessen your chances of getting a promotion. It is customary in most companies to give a promotion to a more attractive employee than to someone who is performing better at his work. <p>There are many benefits that one may get in by doing a green tea diet. Of course, the main purpose is for weight loss. Due to this type of diet program I was able to lose weight faster and get the type of body structure that I dreamed of.</p>

However, as time passed by, it made me realize that spending too much time at the gym has deprived me from doing other things that needs to be done. <p>To be successful in your green tea weight loss program, you also need to exercise or do some physical activities. What I found out about this drink is that it will give your body so much energy and endurance to perform active physical exercises.</p>
<p>In your <a href="http://greenteadietmiracle.com/">green tea diet</a>, you have to remember that this drink can already speed up the body&#8217;s metabolism, so there is no need to do extensive exercise to get faster results. Exercise will still be need but not to the extent of losing time for other things. When I started the program in green tea weight loss, I never had to worry about not being able to hang out with friends or to do more tasks at work anymore.</p>
<p>When it comes to looking attractive and getting the body that you want, it is no longer a requirement to undergo in strenuous work outs in the gym or starvation. All you need to do is make a good plan for green tea weight loss.</p>
