However, few people ask a strong man how many times he can bend and pick up a big weight. Repetition of heavy lifting displays endurance.</p>

This will accomplish a couple of things that I will get into in just a moment.  Let me start by saying that families with dogs are 30% less likely to be overweight and also suffer from 60% fewer stress related illnesses.  And, you though Fido was just good for getting your slippers.  Dogs really are mans best friend.</p>
<p>For starters, when you get a dog commit to walking your new pooch at least 5 times per week for 30 minutes or more.  This is a great reason to get outside, will give you some low impact exercise, and can be a great way to relieve stress.  Walking a dog for half an hour can burn up to 300 calories, which translates to around 6000 calories burned per month, just from walking the dog.  And, your dog will be healthier and happier too.</p>
<p>You don’t have to stop there, take your dog to the park, take it on hikes, or play ball.  A dog can be a great excess to get outside and get active.  Dogs can lead to more happy family time and great bonding experiences.</p>
<p>Who ever though<a href="http://quickweightloss4life.com/weight-loss-tip-for-recipe-choices/" target="_self"> loosing weight </a>could be so easy.  Loosing weight is about changing your lifestyle not going on the latest fad diet.  Getting a dog can lead to some huge lifestyle changes, many of them for the better.</p>
<p>One of the best cardio workouts I do is totally dog based.  I warm up by walking my dog to a large open field by my house, this takes about 15 minutes one way.  We then run sprints, she loves it and sprinting with a dog clipping at your heals is a blast.  She can outrun me no problem but she loves the game.  Sprints are one of the best ways to build an incredible level of fitness but they are also very physically challenging and mentally taxing.  Running them with my dog virtually takes the pain away.  I find myself trying not to laugh half the time.</p>
<p>Quick weight loss is tough but forcing lifestyle changes on your self can go a long way towards causing you to loose weight without even realizing it.</p>

When it comes to your vertical, you need to keep in mind two vital things; first, you must be able to accomplish each jump with finesse while spending less energy and second, you must be able to perform each jump in a much higher and quicker manner as compared to your opponents.</p>
<p>In order to accomplish such feat, you are very much required to practice on your jumping. Here are very easy <a href="http://verticaljumptraining.com/20/increase-vertical-jump-with-your-own-plyometric-workout/">workout routines to increase vertical</a> jump. Read on!</p>
<p>1.)	Sprinting – This exercise will empower and strengthen your calf muscles.</p>
<p>2.)	Single Leg Hops – While standing on one leg, try to push off the ground as high as you can and land on the ground with the same leg.</p>
<p>3.)	Hurdle Hops – The idea here is to jump each hurdle as quickly as you can. Remember also to tuck both of your knees into your chest with each jump.</p>
<p>4.)	Jumping Rope – This is a fantastic cardio exercise that will develop your calves. You can up the ante a bit by using a weighted vest or ankle weights.</p>
<p>5.)	Pool Jumping – This is a new and literally cool way to practice on your jumping skills. With this, the pool water needs to be at least four to five feet deep. This particular routine is also deemed a lot safer on your body.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>In the pursuit of <strong><a href="http://fastweightloss4life.com/" target="_blank">fast weight loss</a></strong> we are often driven to be unreasonable.  Maybe it is because we are in competition with ourselves or others, or maybe we just want to look good for the beach in a few days.  Whatever the reason we need to be careful to avoid <strong>burn out</strong>.</p>
<p>People often hear burn out referred to but do not realize that it is actually characterized by medical symptoms, some of which can be sever.  This is a real condition and it can be catastrophic to fitness, your mental health, and many other areas of your life.</p>
<p><strong>How Burn Out Happens</strong></p>
<p>What happens is that you simply overdo it.  You go to long, you overextend when your body is already in a state of severe stress.  This can be because of excessive dieting or over strenuous exercise the out come is the same.  Your body basically reaches a point where it says, NO MORE, and it shuts down.  It enters a mode in which it is trying to protect itself and compensate for the things that you are trying to do.</p>
<p><a href="http://thewaytooz.com/wp-content/uploads/workout.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-258" title="workout" src="http://thewaytooz.com/wp-content/uploads/workout-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="210" height="140" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Burn out</strong> is characterized by low energy to non-existent energy levels, depression, increased appetite, including cravings for starchy food, and an overall apathetic state.  If you find yourself in a state of burn out it is best to let the body take you through the compensation mechanisms but realize what is happening and be aware that you are in a weakened state.  Get plenty of rest and focus on proper nutrition.  Do not attempt to exercise during this time period, it will do more harm than good and prolong your recovery.  Your body has also moved away from building itself and is in a state of retention, which can lead to weight gain.</p>
<p><strong>Avoiding Burn Out</strong></p>
<p>Realize that this is a real condition and that if you are exercising excessively or dieting drastically you are susceptible.  It is imperative that you work breaks and re-feeds into any fitness program and listen to what your body is telling you.  If you are tired because it is that time of the day, get over it.  If you can feel it in your joints and muscles and your body just feels drained and apathetic get an extra hour of sleep.  Getting into tip top shape or achieving <strong><a href="http://fastweightloss4life.com/running-on-empty">fast weight loss</a></strong> can very well involve walking the edge of burn out but recognizing when you need a break.</p>

<p>If you are thinking about taking up bodybuilding as a hobby then you will need to know a little bit of the lingo. <a href="http://over40fitnessguide.com/26/bodybuilding-over-40/">Over 40 bodybuilding</a> is full of technical jargon and specialized words that no one would understand a conversation between a personal trainer and a bodybuilder at first. Thats why we are here, to explain some of those words to you. A common phrase you will hear in bodybuilding is over training. This is when you work on one area of the body too much and either make it look imbalanced or cause yourself an injury. It may be tempting to push yourself that little bit harder but remember that by having a few minutes of extra workout can lead to months of no workout at all due to an injury. The other term which will be used quite often is reps. This means the amount of repetitions you do for each individual exercise. The best workout will involve small reps/heavy weights with high reps/light weights.</p>
<p>The third and most crucial phrase is regime. Now we all know what it means but in the bodybuilding world, it is very important to get the right regime for you and your body. By having a tailor made regime, you will achieve results quicker and better. Bodybuilding is not rocket science but you do need to do your homework.</p>
