<p>Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits for they are fiber and they do great to your body. You don’t worry of gaining any fat when your diet consist most of vegetables and fruits. You might not like the shift of diet at first but in time you will get use to it. Try to follow these tips and in time you might just achieved the weight that you desired with out spending too much at all.</p>

Maybe it is because we are in competition with ourselves or others, or maybe we just want to look good for the beach in a few days.  Whatever the reason we need to be careful to avoid <strong>burn out</strong>.</p>
<p>People often hear burn out referred to but do not realize that it is actually characterized by medical symptoms, some of which can be sever.  This is a real condition and it can be catastrophic to fitness, your mental health, and many other areas of your life.</p>
<p><strong>How Burn Out Happens</strong></p>
<p>What happens is that you simply overdo it.  You go to long, you overextend when your body is already in a state of severe stress.  This can be because of excessive dieting or over strenuous exercise the out come is the same.  Your body basically reaches a point where it says, NO MORE, and it shuts down.  It enters a mode in which it is trying to protect itself and compensate for the things that you are trying to do.</p>

If you find yourself in a state of burn out it is best to let the body take you through the compensation mechanisms but realize what is happening and be aware that you are in a weakened state.  Get plenty of rest and focus on proper nutrition.  Do not attempt to exercise during this time period, it will do more harm than good and prolong your recovery.  Your body has also moved away from building itself and is in a state of retention, which can lead to weight gain.</p>

<p>Realize that this is a real condition and that if you are exercising excessively or dieting drastically you are susceptible.  It is imperative that you work breaks and re-feeds into any fitness program and listen to what your body is telling you.  If you are tired because it is that time of the day, get over it.  If you can feel it in your joints and muscles and your body just feels drained and apathetic get an extra hour of sleep.  Getting into tip top shape or achieving <strong><a href="http://fastweightloss4life.com/running-on-empty">fast weight loss</a></strong> can very well involve walking the edge of burn out but recognizing when you need a break.</p>

There are a lot of disadvantages to being fat or having a heavy weight. To most people, being fat is ugly. In the workplace, being fat will lessen your chances of getting a promotion. It is customary in most companies to give a promotion to a more attractive employee than to someone who is performing better at his work. <p>There are many benefits that one may get in by doing a green tea diet. Of course, the main purpose is for weight loss. Due to this type of diet program I was able to lose weight faster and get the type of body structure that I dreamed of.</p>

However, as time passed by, it made me realize that spending too much time at the gym has deprived me from doing other things that needs to be done. <p>To be successful in your green tea weight loss program, you also need to exercise or do some physical activities. What I found out about this drink is that it will give your body so much energy and endurance to perform active physical exercises.</p>
<p>In your <a href="http://greenteadietmiracle.com/">green tea diet</a>, you have to remember that this drink can already speed up the body&#8217;s metabolism, so there is no need to do extensive exercise to get faster results. Exercise will still be need but not to the extent of losing time for other things. When I started the program in green tea weight loss, I never had to worry about not being able to hang out with friends or to do more tasks at work anymore.</p>
<p>When it comes to looking attractive and getting the body that you want, it is no longer a requirement to undergo in strenuous work outs in the gym or starvation. All you need to do is make a good plan for green tea weight loss.</p>

<p>The main reason why this is happening is because people tend to get weight loss help from the wrong places. Most of the times they fall into the traps of the so-called &#8216;miracle diets&#8217;, promising that if you follow a certain diet you will lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Something that cannot happen and in the cases that it happens it is not healthy and it is also guaranteed that after you stop the diet you will gain the weight back and sometimes more.</p>

<p>Our body metabolism works in such a way so as to protect us when we do not eat enough food. During a strict weight loss diet our metabolism becomes slower in an effort to reserve energy. By becoming slower this essentially means that it starts burning less calories then it normally should in order to save more energy.</p>
<p>2. Modern way of living</p>
<p>It is more difficult to lose weight in our times because there are so many temptations you cannot resist. There are lots of fast food restaurants where you can eat fast and cheap. Unfortunately these are also full fat foods and unhealthy. More and more people due to other activities tend to skip home made meals and buy either take away or eat out in a restaurant. This does not help someone&#8217;s weight loss efforts. Two decades ago this situation was not as intense as it is today. People used to cook at home and enjoyed healthier meals and life.</p>
<p>Also, more and more people are doing office work which does not help in burning calories. If you combine that with the fast food and office snacks you end up being overweight. It is also a fact that the time you have for physical activity and exercise is greatly reduced.</p>

I will share with you 5 excuses that are stopping you from having the body of your dreams and 5 ways to overcome them.</p>
<h2>1. Vegetables are tasteless when I make them myself at home</h2>
<p>Bulking up your meals with vegetables is a great way to ensure that you shape up and you will save on calories and fat. If you fin that your at home veggies are tasteless, you are probable under seasoning and overcooking your veg. Cook them until they are still a bit crispy and season them with salt and pepper, olive oil and fresh herbs.</p>
<h2>2. I can&#8217;t survive without something sweet every day</h2>
<p>If you have a sweet tooth, there are lots of healthy snacks you can enjoy while still watching your figure. Try snacking on a few blocks of dark chocolate, sweet fruit like watermelon, peaches and apples or a handful of raisins.</p>
<h2>3. I hate cardio</h2>
<p>Cardio is important for burning of excess calories. Try listening to funky music or watching your favorite TV show, this are sure to make it more fun.</p>

As they say &#8220;You are what you eat&#8221;, it has never been more true that you have to watch what you eat. But more than often the what to eat part are a bit of a mystery. With all the conflicting diet advice I&#8217;m sure most of use are confused about what food to eat when you want to lose wieght. That&#8217;s why I have made a list of the top 10 foods to eat to lose weight.</p>
<p><strong>1. Lean protein</strong></p>
<p>Lean protein helps the body to build muscle. The process of building muscle increases the metabolism and makes you burn calories even in your sleep.</p>
<p><strong>2. Whole grain carbs</strong></p>
<p>Whole grain, brown carbs and baby potatoes are some of the best carbs as they supply the body with energy throughout the day.</p>
<p><strong>3. Fruit</strong></p>
<p>Fruit is an excellent snack to chew on as it is low in calories and full in fibre &#8211; keeping you full all day.</p>
<p><strong>4. Vegetables</strong></p>
<p>Veggies are a great way to full up your plate, they are low cal and high in fiber, keeping you full all day. Make sure that half your plate are full of veggies.</p>
<p><strong>5. Beans and other pulses</strong></p>
<p>Beans and other pulses are very healthy and full of fiber &#8211; ensuring that you keep full all day.</p>
<p><strong>6. Nuts</strong></p>
<p>Nuts, especially almonds are full of the healthy fats that help one keep full. Have a handful each day.</p>
<p><strong>7. Chillies</strong></p>
<p>Chillies are a fat burning food. The heat in chillies help one to eat less and it also help to burn more fat.</p>
<p><strong>8. Fat free dairy products</strong></p>
<p>Fat free dairy products are high inc calcuim. Calcuim has been shown to aid weight loss. So make sure to include fat free dairy products into your diet</p>
<p><strong>9. Oats</strong></p>
<p>Oats are an excellent breakfast. It is full of fiber and protein, keeping you full and your metabolism on its toes.</p>
<p><strong>10.Healthy fats</strong></p>
<p>Healhyt fats (unsaturated fats) are good for one, it helps to keep cholestrol down and it also keep one full. Examples of such fats include olive oil, avocados and olives.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise</strong></p>
<p>Exercise increases appetite control and help you to eat less &#8211; it will also thus help you to lose weight. Make sure that you include weight training as well as cardio. For cardio you can do any cardio machine or walking, running or swimming. For weight training you can either use <a href="http://loselovehandleshowto.com/free-weights">free weights</a> or some adjustable dumbbells.
