Studies shows that walking 30 minutes will let you maintain your weight thus walking over 30 minutes will help you lose weight so why not discipline yourself to take a 45 minute walk everyday. This will let you burn 300 calories and you will certainly lose 30 pounds over a year.

Believe it or not color can help in losing weight. Studies shows that blue serves as an appetite suppressant thus use blue plates, blue table cloth, and blue napkin when you eat at home. On the contrary avoid orange, red and yellow since these colors can actually encourage you to eat more.

Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits for they are fiber and they do great to your body. You don’t worry of gaining any fat when your diet consist most of vegetables and fruits. You might not like the shift of diet at first but in time you will get use to it. Try to follow these tips and in time you might just achieved the weight that you desired with out spending too much at all.
