1.) You know, you can get in great shape by simply doing your regular household duties. Sweeping, mopping the floor or washing your car for example can provide you with great benefits. Why not also try lifting your laundry basket for a couple of times. Doing so can help trim and tone your shoulders and arms.
2.) In order to target your chest, do a couple of push ups or perform Pec flies using bottled water or canned soups. In order to perform a Pec fly, simply lie down on your back and extend both arms to your sides. Lift both arms to your front while holding your weight of choice and then simply lower the weight back down. Repeat ten times.
3.) One cool leg exercise at home that you can do is the simple leg lifts. You can do this during commercial breaks if you want. To do this, simply lie down on your sides and start lifting your leg. Remember not to bend your knees while you lift your leg. This will help shake away those stubborn fats on your inner thighs.
